Somatic Resilience Coaching
Somatic resilience coaching is a body-based approach to emotional well-being that helps people build their capacity to stay grounded, regulated, and adaptable in the presence of stress and anxiety. It blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic (body-awareness) practices to teach clients how to notice and shift the physical patterns (such as tension, breath holding, and fight-or-flight responses) that shape their emotional experiences.
