THERAPY SESSION FEES?

  • 15-Minute Intro Consultations/ FREE.

  • 50 Minute Session Fee/ $125

  • 60-75 Minute Session Fee/ $150.

COACHING SESSION FEES?

  • 15-Minute Intro Consultations/ FREE.

  • 30-Minute Sessions/ $50

  • All coaching sessions are private-pay coverage only.

HOW LONG ARE THERAPY SESSIONS?

  • Sessions are available in either: 50-minute or 60-75 minute time blocks (depending on need and preference).

  • All sessions are held virtually (online). No in-person sessions are available at this time.

  • Licensed to practice only in North Carolina.

HOW LONG ARE COACHING SESSIONS?

  • Coaching is available in 30-minute-long sessions.

  • Two 30-minute sessions can be scheduled back-to-back, to allow for a longer coaching session if needed.

  • Coaching sessions are held virtually (online).

  • Coaching services are available to anywhere in the United States.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

  • Yes. For clinical therapy sessions (not coaching). I’m currently in network with Aetna and BCBS insurance. However, If you have coverage through a different insurance provider, then I’d happy to provide you with a superbill invoice which you can then personally submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check the specifics of your coverage and verify that you can see a provider who is out of network.

  • Insurance coverage can only be applied towards (non-membership) clinical therapy sessions. All monthly membership sessions and coaching sessions are private-pay coverage only.

 

WILL OUR VIRTUAL SESSION PLATFORM BE SAFE AND SECURE?

  • Yes. All of our online sessions, scheduling-related communication, and intake paperwork will be managed through the Simple Practice (HIPAA compliant) virtual platform.

  • All payment transactions are managed through the Simple Practice therapy platform (via Stripe).

  • All intake forms and assessments will be submitted to you prior to our first session together.

  • This is a 100% paper-free therapy practice.

WHAT DOES (HIPAA) MEAN?

  • The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge. It is the ethical foundation that all clinically licensed therapists are bound to.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FIRST (INTAKE) SESSION?

  • During our first session we’ll review your intake paperwork together and I may ask you some follow-up questions about the information you provided on your intake forms. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have as well.

DO YOU OFFER EVENING AND/OR WEEKEND SESSIONS?

  • I’m currently accepting new clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please click here to request more information regarding scheduling. No weekend hours available at this time.
